His exhilarating emancipatory model of resistance to injustice, his radical optimism and, above all, his tight political organization scorched the consciousness of young people across the Arab world, mobilized masses and inspired a huge wave of talented artists and intellectuals.

    independent journalist Stefan Christoff.

On Tuesday November 27th, Montreal police arrested independent reporter Stefan Christoff as he left a demonstration in front of the Montreal Congress Centre. Christoff was reporting on the protests, which took place at the Montreal hearings of the Bouchard-Taylor Commission on ‘reasonable accommodation’.
