Surely our path is leading to those sci-fi movies. Just like before in history, yesterdays sci-fi ideas is todays technology. As i quote "if you want peace build superior fire power". J. Pretty soon the sci-fi movies will become a reality where robots start fighting each other. Maybe that's a good thing - let them slug it out while no people get killed. As you watch these unmanned craft being piloted by someone who's an entire continent away, it makes one really think about the impersonal nature of it all. That pilot literally rolled out of bed at his home in the US, grabbed some coffee and sat down in the cockpit of what looks like an complex video game on his end. Troubling in many ways. “As modern warfare takes on an ever more aerial, alienated and indiscriminate approach to “the enemy,” governments are forcing us to keep our distance.”
