A Prisoners Justice Day Benefit for the Saneyah Relief Centre in Beirut, Lebanon

Wednesday August 9th doors open at 7pm, films will start right away

$5 or donation of a book for book to prisoners

Books 2 Prisoners asks for books on wide range of subjects including health, self-help, sexuality, black history, women’s issues,aboriginal issues, politics, psychology, philosophy, resource manuals, some law books, plus an array of novels.

The Saneyah Relief Centre is a coalition of grassroots groups in Beirut, Lebanon, centered in the Jnainah Sanayeh area, helping refugees arriving from the areas affected by the Israeli bombing. With information on solidarity actions, write to lebanon.solidarity[at]gmail.com.
